WHAT IS THE BOX / TRAP?
The purpose of this course is to provide you with a greater understanding of how to plan & deliver more effective coaching sessions for the players and teams that you work with using proven, high-quality drills & games from Coerver® Coaching.
DESCRIPTION
The Box / Trap represents the Coerver Team Style and applies to anywhere the ball is on the pitch.
Within each Box we focus on Attack & Defence – the Box constantly forms and reforms around the field.
