Director of Coerver® Coaching England & Wales, Scott Wright is one of the organisation’s most experienced instructors. Since joining the organisation in 2005, Scott has worked with players, coaches, clubs & organisations from grassroots to professional level in 26 countries.
Having spent the majority of his years with Coerver® working closely with co-founder Alf Galustiane, Scott has worked extensively within elite coach and player development including: –
The Premier League™, The RFEF (Spanish FA), Real Madrid CF, Arsenal FC, Chelsea FC, Newcastle United FC, Manchester City FC, Manchester United FC, Liverpool FC, Tottenham Hotspur FC, Leeds United FC, Fulham FC, Leicester City FC, Wolverhampton Wanderers FC, Birmingham City FC, Stoke City FC, GNK Dinamo Zagreb & Red Star Belgrade.
During the 2013-14 season, Real Madrid CF invited Scott to lecture on their Masters Degree in Talent ID and Coaching course in conjunction with the European University of Madrid.
Scott held his position on the faculty of staff for 6 academic years and remains to date the only British instructor to be invited to lecture on the course.

Since 2018, Scott has worked as a consultant with adidas to develop and direct the brand’s Athlete Development Programme (ADP) in a unique role working individually with signed players of the highest future potential.
Scott also delivers elite coaches education, working with adidas to support the brand’s network of professional clubs.
